This is a curated list of articles, seeds, photo/video posts and comments for the past two weeks. The series will combine the use of Newsvine's "thumbs up" as well as the minds of the Newsvine team. As always, meta articles about the proper use of the site will be ignored for this feature. Those tend to get both the most upvotes, as well as the most flags.
You missed a busy week. It's time to get caught up.

"You have a valid point there, but something tells me even if he didn't use his official title, or mention what he did for a living and only used his name...if someone recognized him, same result."
If one of my employees wrote a letter expressing this view or the opposing view, and wrote it as themselves, that is their right as free speech, and I would not be concerned. If they wrote it using their title and my company name, they would be fired immediately regardless of the view they expressed. My employees have free speech, however they can not speak on behalf of my company without repercussion.
Tip of the Week: She's a woman, you're a dude. You're not supposed to understand her. That's not what she's after.... She doesn't want you to understand her. She knows that's impossible. She just wants you to understand yourself. Everything else is negotiable. - Neal Stephenson in Snow Crash.
You can replace the pronouns however you want. Understanding yourself is a good place to start.
So who's going to make next week's Best Of? What did we miss?
